HOW TO PURCHASE HI-RES IMAGES

If your session includes any amount of digital images, you can already download your photos right from your gallery (go here for instructions).

If you’d like to purchase additional digital images, you can make those purchases either straight from the galley shop (found at the top of your gallery page).

💡HELPFUL HINT💡 To make your final image selections easier, as you view your images, favorite the images you want (or think you might want) by clicking the heart icon. This will create a favorites list for you to pick from later on.

PLEASE NOTE that images should be downloaded onto a computer as opposed to a mobile device. This is due to the compression to image quality that mobile devices force as a space-saving measure.

HOW TO BUY an Individual Photo

Simply hover over the photo you would like to purchase and click Buy.  

Click Downloads and select to Buy One Photo or Buy Full Gallery.

Your photo is now added to your cart.  

HOW TO MAKE PurchasES via the Store

Select the Digital Photos from the storefront. 

Select the photos from the photo carousel at the bottom of the page.

Click Add to Cart. 

Cart Check-Out

If you aren’t in your cart already, you can click on the cart icon in the navigation bar. 

Enter the Shipping Address, coupons (if applicable), and click Place Order.

Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation on the site and by email. 

HOW TO Download Purchased Photos via the Gallery

You will receive an email that has a direct link to the downloads folder. Click Download Photos. 

You can also access the photos via your gallery orders (from the main page of the gallery). Click on the Menu Icon in the upper right corner and select Orders. 

Locate the order and click on Download Photos. 

  • Didn’t receive an email with your download link, order confirmation, or something else? Please check your spam/junk folder first and then email me if it’s not there.

  • A 24/7 online customer support team is available through live chat within your gallery. Simply click the ‘chat bubble’ icon in the lower right corner of your screen. And of course, if you still have questions or problems, please contact me.

  • Don’t forget to download your photos to your desktop or laptop computer before your gallery expiration date, as well as back them up in more than one location right away.
